Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

About the Role:

The Registered Nurse in our ICU is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care specific to the age of the patient population served. You will ensure that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current state RN license.
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • One year of experience in a critical care setting.
  • BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications.
