Position Title: Clinic Director
Compensation: $60-$70/hour plus profit sharing
Work Schedule: 32 – 40 hours per week
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Preferred experience in related medical fields such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice
- Must have no current or pending malpractice claims, possess an active state license in good standing, and hold an active DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration

We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatments, and weight management solutions. Recognizing that over 40% of men experience Low Testosterone by age 40 and over 60% will face erectile dysfunction at some point, we aim to provide a world-class experience that empowers men to feel their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients for low testosterone levels and, under physician supervision, prescribing appropriate testosterone therapy.
- Evaluating patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending suitable treatment options, including Gainswave and P-Shot therapies.
- Conducting initial consultations for new patients and analyzing lab results.
- Providing comprehensive patient education.
- Administering intramuscular and PRP injections.
- Supervising Medical Assistants.
- Maintaining clinic patient census goals.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Developing and implementing patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.
Position Overview:
This role is designed to transition from part-time to full-time, requiring on-site presence at Gameday Men's Health Traverse City. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will deliver both direct and indirect patient care, perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create treatment plans. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and participation in patient education and counseling are essential components of this role.
