About the Role:

As a Poolside Ambassador, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our residents and their guests at KW Property Management LLC.

Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining the pool and beach areas, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the aquatic recreational area.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday; 9:30AM - 8:00PM (subject to change)

Estimated Salary: $22-$28 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the pool and beach areas are prepared according to company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and their guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including furniture and amenities.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to address any issues or concerns with the beach equipment.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end property or hotel setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
