Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist

Norman Regional Health System is a beacon of workplace excellence, nestled in the Oklahoma City metro area. We are seeking a skilled Registered Technologist to join our innovative cardiovascular program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and experience working in procedural areas. This role involves preparing equipment, maintaining sterile environments, and providing exceptional patient care.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with cardiologists and leadership to achieve excellent patient outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will educate new staff members and participate in the orientation process.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

• Prepares equipment before and during procedures
• Identifies and assesses patient condition
• Prepares, positions, and provides patient care
• Maintains a sterile environment
• Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students
• Participates in the orientation of new staff

We require candidates with:

• A completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology
• Eligibility and/or current registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Prior experience working in procedural areas preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS training within 6 months of hire

Norman Regional Health System offers:

• $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience
