The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in orthopedics to join our team. As an Orthopedic Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing comprehensive nursing care for patients in various settings. This includes conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A nursing diploma or degree from a reputable institution.
2. A valid Tennessee license as a Registered Nurse.
3. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
4. Experience in orthopedic nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
6. Ability to lift up to 250 pounds with assistance and stand/walk for long periods.
