Position Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Financial Reporting Analyst to assist in our financial, sales, invoicing, and billing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust numerical background and proficiency in Excel, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a talent for data analysis. This position encompasses elements of managerial accounting, trend analysis, and financial reporting, delivering essential insights for our internal stakeholders.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure all necessary documentation is present.
  • Analyze monthly sales volumes and figures by department, identifying trends and potential growth areas.
  • Conduct margin evaluations and suggest strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Perform trend forecasting to predict future financial outcomes.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and conduct variance analyses.
  • Compile and assess financial statements for internal use.
  • Communicate analytical findings and insights to management to support decision-making.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support to various departments.
Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in reviewing financial data.
  • Effective communication skills to convey findings and insights clearly.

  • Experience in managerial accounting.
  • Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
