We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Manteca. This is a part-time night shift position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct care to assigned patients. They will also supervise and coordinate the activities of other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements
  • Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and conducting assessments
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a current RN license, a Master's degree in Nursing, and certification as a Nurse Practitioner. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 6% of pay.
