Requirements
  • IL License
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Emergency Department
  • General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi experience
  • Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response required
  • IV Therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs
  • Medication Skills/Experience: Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration
  • Neurological Case Skills/Experience: CVA, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Orthopedic Skills/Experience: Manage/apply splints
  • Pediatric Case Skills/Experience: Abdominal pain, Asthma, Head injury, Identifying and reporting abuse, Infections, Poison ingestion, Respiratory infections, Seizures, Skin Disorders
  • Pschiatric Case Skills/Experience: Acute Psychosis, Drug overdose, Managing violent behavior, Suicidal patient
  • Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tube insertion/management, Intubation
  • Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Triage
  • Cerner experience required
