UPMC Central PA is in search of a dedicated full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for the Night Shift within our Emergency Observation unit. The selected candidate will be pivotal in delivering exceptional, compassionate healthcare to our community.

Key Responsibilities:
This leadership role will focus on fostering the growth and development of the APP workforce in Central PA, as well as enhancing programmatic and operational strategies. The APP will collaborate closely with the Medical Director of Emergency Department Observation and local APP leaders to advance the Central PA APP program, ensuring excellence in patient care through a culture of safety and evidence-based practices.
