Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for company drivers
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Manage driver files and performance reviews
  • Assist with special projects and operational coverage
  • Oversee the maintenance of company equipment and licenses
  • Model company core values and lead by example
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with tanker and flatbed dispatching
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal Department of Transportation regulations
  • Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and function within a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree or bachelor's degree
  • Two or more years of dispatch-related experience
