We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Physical Therapy Care Specialist to join our team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare - East.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Senior Physical Therapy Care Specialist, you will be responsible for administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments, implementing patient plans of treatment, and ensuring thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Administering physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to relieve pain and improve function
  • Implementing and modifying patient plans of treatment as clinically appropriate
  • Measuring and recording patient outcomes and progress
  • Providing clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Active and valid Texas license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
