About the role at Workoo Technologies: Remote Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and greeting clients
  • Entering data into our database systems
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Maintaining a filing system

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or receptionist
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

Pleasant speaking voice and phone manners are essential for this role.

Pay is dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time
