This comprehensive program is designed to provide a smooth transition into the role of a registered nurse, with a focus on clinical expertise, leadership, and professional development.

Program Details
  • Participate in a series of learning and work experiences designed to assist in the transition into the first professional role as an RN.
  • Collaborate with clinical experts and peers to develop clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Engage in evidence-based practice projects to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Qualifications
  • Possess a current RN license in Georgia or a Compact State.
  • Successfully pass boards with results verified by the start date.
  • Hold an active Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
