About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sustainment Technical Publications and Training Specialist to support the development of technical publications and training materials for our RMS-C6ISR programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining technical publications and training materials for our RMS-C6ISR programs
  • Supporting the development of instructor-led training and course content
  • Identifying student learning objectives and preparing course syllabi, lesson plans, and testing materials
  • Developing and presenting instructional materials to a wide range of audiences
  • Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support during formal training courses
  • Developing training material specific to the program, which will be used for official training and periodic training refreshers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Instructor Skills
  • Technical expertise with ability to impart knowledge, skills, and understanding of the RMS-C6ISR program systems to product end-users
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent people skills and ability to communicate with people at varying professional levels
  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed (estimated 10-20% travel)

Desired Skills:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Professional writing experience, including editing and proofreading
  • Network training experience
  • Logistics engineering skills
  • Air Defense and Mission Planning experience
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) Communications and Command & Control (C2) systems
  • Experience working with engineering personnel in determination of system capabilities and schedules
  • Experience in planning and conducting training for product end-users and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with agile software development processes
  • Experience developing operations or maintenance training for complex electronic systems

Security Clearance:

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a 4x10 hour day schedule, 3 days off per week.
