Pizza Maker Job Description

At Summer House Santa Monica, we're seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team. As a Pizzaiolo, you'll be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting our menu items with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and special requests
Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment, including knives
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service
Maintain food safety and quality standards
Accurately account for all items coming out of the station

Requirements:

Ability to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends
Ability to effectively communicate in written and spoken direction
Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant
