Job Overview

Hallmark US Springboard is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently, showcase our products, and collaborate with local store teams to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
  • Holiday Support: Lead efforts to ensure adequate product display and stock levels during peak seasons.
  • Department Resets: Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.
  • One Team Vision: Support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to operate hand-held technology provided by Hallmark.
  • Access to a Wi-Fi network and internet connection.
  • Reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
