Role Justification:

This position is essential for advancing the 777X program within Tekskills Inc.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in aircraft design and integration roles.
  • Lead the technical integration process, develop comprehensive plans, and monitor project performance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project for scheduling and status reporting, prioritizing tasks along the critical path.
  • Direct the Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) to enhance engineering operations.
  • Manage cross-functional projects throughout the aircraft lifecycle.
  • Lead the Change Control Board (CCB) for integrating new engineering changes.
  • Possess a solid understanding of certification processes and configuration management.
  • Facilitate the transition of programs from development to production phases.
  • Act as the primary contact for establishing stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Boeing Commercial Aircraft products is preferred.
