Customer Service Role Overview:

To provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the growth of our community at Lowes Foods. This involves building genuine relationships with guests and delivering a brand-aligned experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest orders accurately to ensure proper recording of sales.
  • Handle all monies and tenders accurately to ensure proper accounting of transactions.
  • Properly bag guest orders, place in carts, or hand to guests, following Lowes Foods carryout practices.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to foster a sense of community.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Direct guests into their designated lanes to maintain guest flow and achieve the Guest Arrival standard.
  • Maintain cash controls and procedures to prevent shrink.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. constantly.
  • Ability to read and understand information and direction.
  • Demonstrates successful use of math skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Effective communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to retrieve and push shopping carts.
  • Ability to bend and lift to load guest orders into cars.
