Pipe Fitter Job Description

Tradesmen International is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our team of trade professionals. As a Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and working with PVC piping, copper pipe, and groove pipe. You will also fit industrial carbon steel and stainless pipe, grind and bevel pipe, and lay out, cut, assemble, and install pipe. Additionally, you will work on storm drains and underground utilities, test pipe systems to ensure safety and functionality, repair malfunctions, and install, modify, and repair fluid systems. You may also be required to rebuild various types of pumps and operate forklifts as needed.

Requirements

Previous pipe fitting experience is required, as well as tools for the trade. Licenses are a plus.
