Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work in school settings in Santa Fe, NM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students referred for possible speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to address students' speech and language disorders.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, as well as consult with teachers, counselors, and parents on speech and language concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload and provide regular progress reports to parents.
  • Organize student caseloads and develop schedules for each assigned school.
  • Develop resource materials to support speech and language development.
Requirements
  • New Mexico Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Public Education Department certificate endorsement as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of New Mexico Special Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in school settings
