Position Overview

A commitment to best practices and knowledge sharing is essential. This role is integral to initiatives involving implementations, enhancements, optimization efforts, and ongoing support.

Additionally, this position contributes to achieving Incremental Revenue and Client Satisfaction goals within the overarching Optimization program.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical development of UI/UX solutions for integrated partner offerings
- Foster the growth of a creative culture, internal tools, and quality benchmarks
- Design interactive marketing templates for presenting insurance content on partner platforms
- Develop mock-ups and visual prototypes as needed
- Stay updated on the latest browser standards, specifications, and mobile app development trends
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, with a working knowledge of XML/JSON for partner integrations
- Collaborate within an Agile project team to document client code requirements, estimate workloads, and enhance existing solutions
- Communicate effectively about code and design topics with both internal and client-facing stakeholders
- Work seamlessly with other design disciplines to generate innovative ideas, concepts, reusable code, and consistent user experiences to support advanced testing and optimization techniques
- Clearly organize and communicate task statuses during daily scrums while keeping functional heads informed on progress and strategic initiatives
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience

The UI/UX Engineer is pivotal in developing and executing HTML/CSS/JavaScript content for third-party partner platforms, with a focus on partner branding and interface standards.
