We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Noble Hospitality Investment LLC. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our facilities.

Noble Hospitality Investment LLC is a 73-room Holiday Inn Express located in Reidsville, NC. Our commitment to guest satisfaction and high standards of cleaning makes us an ideal place to work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, comfortable rooms and common areas.
• Conduct daily room checks, whether rented or vacant.
• Arrive on time, dressed in the correct uniform with a name tag.
• Punch in on the time clock and collect work schedules from designated staff.
• Notify managers of any maintenance issues.
• Restock cleaner carts after each shift and dispose of used vacuum and trash.
• Immediately return lost items.
• Ensure storage areas are tidy and secure.
• Complete missing linen reports for each room.
• Avoid noise in corridors and respect guest privacy.
• Do not clean occupied rooms unless absolutely necessary. Suggest alternative arrangements.
• Place housekeeping carts near doorways when cleaning rooms.
• Document each room's status on the housekeeping sheet and inform front desk promptly.
• Switch off lights and air conditioning units in rooms.
• Daily inspect furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Report any issues to management.
• Safeguard room keys at all times.
• Request assistance if struggling to lift or move items weighing more than 40 pounds.
• Engage with guests politely and professionally.
• Confidentiality is essential on and off duty.
• Carry out tasks assigned by head housekeepers or managers.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $8.25-$9.00.
