We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Developmental Caregiver at Heaven's Elect Christian Learning Center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children by providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and supervision to children in our toddler and infant rooms
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to promote learning and exploration
  • Establish strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive community

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field is highly desirable

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Work Schedule:

  • Toddler Room: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Infant Room: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 12:15 PM - 6:00 PM
  • School-Age Room: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
