About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Vantage Point Recruiters, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, this individual will be responsible for managing product manufacturing, finished product quality and raw material management for multiple lines in a 24-hour manufacturing process.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in management, engineering or a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
