  • Investigate and resolve annual system support challenges and tickets
  • Offer technical support to personnel and Agency partners

  • Act as the primary contact for FMS security inquiries

The preferred candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience, complemented by strong quantitative and analytical capabilities. Familiarity with governmental financial regulations and exceptional communication skills are advantageous.
