Travel Physical Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a travel therapist in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care setting and provide high-quality patient care.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and executing a plan of care for a variety of patient populations. Your tasks will include overseeing supervising PTAs, support staff, and billing within the respective setting. You will also need to understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations and comply with them.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and create a plan of care
  • Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
  • Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

We are looking for a Physical Therapist with 6 months of experience. Must have BLS and state-specific licensing. Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. PTs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
