Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Health First Medical Group. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery, and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records.
Requirements
  • Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
  • BSN required.
  • Must hold current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain.
  • Must hold current AHA ACLS required prior to start date and maintain.
  • Must hold current NIHSS certification required prior to start date and maintain.
  • Language: Must be able to speak/understand written and verbal instructions in the English language.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of patient acuity. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate clearly and effectively, and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
