Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Moore OBGYN. The ideal candidate will have experience in women's health and be able to provide comprehensive care to patients.

In this role, you will examine and monitor pregnant women, assess care requirements, and write care plans for patients. You will also provide information, emotional support, and reassurance to patients as needed. Additionally, you will identify high-risk pregnancies, ensure all patient records are up-to-date, and help parents cope with miscarriage, termination, stillbirth, and neonatal death.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong team spirit, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A salary of $120,000 per year is estimated based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities:
  • Examining and monitoring pregnant women
  • Assessing care requirements and writing care plans for patients.
  • Providing information, emotional support, and reassurance to patients as needed
  • Identifying high-risk pregnancies
  • Ensuring all patient records are up to date
  • Helping parents cope with miscarriage, termination, stillbirth, and neonatal death.
  • Insure proper follow up care for abnormal laboratory test and/or other significant medical problems.
  • Complete visits/encounters appropriately with CPT and ICD-10 coding.

Qualifications:
  • Active license as a Physicians Assistant
  • Certification by the American Midwifery Board
  • Active DEA Number
  • NCCPA certification and prior women's health experience required
