Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Virginia Highlands Care and Rehab Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing top-notch care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Administer medication to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Perform treatments and procedures as assigned by physicians, within the scope of your practice.
- Accurately document and report resident conditions, including signs and symptoms that may indicate a change in their status.
- Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
