  • Participate in hands-on activities as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or similar heavy machinery.
  • Strong record-keeping abilities.
  • Capability to climb ladders or steps.
  • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in scrap metal recycling.
