Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Cheshire Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and balance. This is a travel assignment opportunity that requires a minimum of 2+ years of current PT experience and outpatient orthopedic experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including adapting to artificial limbs, controlling bowel and bladder functions, and improving movement and ability.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to aid in performance, preparation, or recovery from surgery or injury.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for optimal recovery.
Requirements
  • Current NH license and BLS certification.
  • Minimum 2+ years of current PT experience.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience.
  • Previous travel experience highly preferred.
  • EPIC and Expro experience preferred.
