With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care. Your expertise in collecting and evaluating health status data, nursing diagnosis, goal setting, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care will be invaluable to our team.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of one year of clinical experience and current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the total healthcare delivery system in your assigned unit, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure.

  • Coordinate patient care with other departments and ensure that ancillary personnel only perform services for which they are qualified.

  • Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations, and coordinate staffing levels to meet contractual requirements.

  • Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of the unit and maintain appropriate levels of medical equipment and supplies.

  • Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend monthly staff meetings as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $39.42 - $43.80 per hour, as well as comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401k.
