  • Prepare comprehensive Test Plans and define testing requirements.
  • Engage effectively with Business Teams for clarifications and collaborate with offshore leads to facilitate testing processes.
  • Review and refine Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Cases.
  • Conduct Sanity, Functional, and Regression Testing, providing consolidated testing reports and release sign-off documentation.
  • Participate actively in Requirements grooming sessions, Scrum meetings, business reviews, and release transition discussions.
  • Understand the Bug Life Cycle, prioritize issues, and represent them during release sign-offs.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
  • Possess strong communication skills to manage projects independently.
  • Be adaptable and willing to provide support during Central Standard Time hours.
  • Implement automation within a sprint-based model.
  • Utilize tools such as Maven, TestNG, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins.
Automation Development:
  • Analyze automation needs and formulate test plans or approaches, providing accurate test estimations.
  • Create and execute automation scripts for various releases.
  • Independently develop or update the automation framework.
  • Formulate Test Strategies in collaboration with the application development team to gather requirements and address challenges.
  • Take ownership of test cycles and manage end-to-end testing processes.
  • Adhere to the eQRM process, ensuring eQA delivery aligns with estimated timelines.
Client Interaction:

Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the testing process.
