As an IT Support Specialist at Moneta Corporation, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support to our end-users. This position requires a professional demeanor, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and a deep understanding of core IT concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly address and resolve Help Desk requests for technical support
• Conduct thorough identification, research, and resolution of technical issues related to LAN and PC workstations
• Implement and maintain computer hardware systems, including desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, and scanners
• Exercise professional judgment to implement timely solutions, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, minimizing downtime, and preventing cost overruns
• Adhere strictly to established protocols and guidelines while leveraging experience to execute job functions
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT knowledge database through meticulous documentation
• Some travel may be required by the position

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in a related position
• Proficiency with Microsoft, Apple, and Android operating systems
• LAN support experience

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
