About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at Carowinds. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for applying stage make-up, liquid latex, and other special effect makeup to our talented performers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply stage make-up, liquid latex, and other special effect makeup to talent.
  • Learns and complies with the safe and appropriate use of all chemicals necessary for the job.
  • Works with supervisors to maintain working condition of latex prosthetics assigned production, including maintenance and cleaning.

Requirements
  • Previous experience with make-up application, theatrical make-up or prosthetic application required.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and good judgement.
  • Commitment to safety and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
