Salary Information

Competitive wages, ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, ensure that our team members are fairly compensated for their expertise and dedication.

Job Description

As a COTA, you will be responsible for implementing treatment plans tailored to each resident's specific needs, collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists to ensure seamless care coordination. Your goal is to empower residents to regain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Educate residents and family members on treatment progress and goals
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid or pending State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License and have completed an accredited two-year associate degree program in COTA education.
