Pulmonology Therapist

As a Respiratory Therapist at Veracity, you will be responsible for administering respiratory therapy treatments, conducting diagnostic tests, and educating patients on their conditions and treatment options. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care services.

1. Deliver respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, medication administration, and ventilation management.
2. Conduct diagnostic tests, such as pulmonary function tests and blood gas analyses.
3. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in respiratory care principles and practices. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and a current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Kentucky are required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
