Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and establish goal-based plans of care for patients
  • Implement regular objective reassessment points to track progress towards goal achievement and adjust goals as needed
  • Establish care plans aligned to ATI Best Practice guidelines to achieve predictable and positive outcomes
  • Manage caseload effectively and delegate treatment among the clinical care team
  • Develop and run in-clinic in-services annually on approved topics
  • Assist Clinic/District Director with onboarding support staff and development of ancillary staff to deliver ATI's team-based care model
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • 6 months of travel experience or 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics
  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a licensed PT in an outpatient setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ATI's internal resources and external information/research to develop in-service content
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Basic presentation skills
  • Coaching mindset to share professional experiences that guide other team members
