We are seeking a highly skilled High Risk OB Sonographer (per diem) to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc.
This is a per diem opportunity in a hospital setting in Oakland, CA, offering a competitive pay rate of $95/hr. As a High Risk OB Sonographer, you will be responsible for conducting examinations, recognizing and recording anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment, and providing accurate reports based on scan results.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Level II Dedicated Sonographer experience in the last three years, with relevant certifications such as ARDMS and CCI. You will also need to maintain state licensure and hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare exam rooms and equipment for examinations
- Operate sonographic equipment to conduct high-risk obstetric ultrasounds
- Recognize and record anatomical and pathological findings
- Provide accurate written reports based on scan results
- Collaborate with medical staff to address any abnormalities or concerns
