We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of CT procedures at a skilled technical level, requiring the ability to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnosis.
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient imaging services.
- Operate and maintain CT scanners, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Associate's Degree in Radiological Technology or equivalent in an approved A.M.A. program.
- California Radiologic Technologist licensure upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography certification within 1 year of hire.
