Spoonwood Dental Partners is seeking a skilled Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our dynamic team in New Hampshire's picturesque Monadnock region. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing your dental assistant career.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch clinical patient services, including placing, contouring, and adjusting restorative materials.
- Assist dentists with dental procedures, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain operatories to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Registered EFDA with the New Hampshire Board of Dental Examiners (NHDBDE).
- Current BLS-HCP certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental office, with a strong foundation in patient care and communication.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Base pay guaranteed at $X/hour.
- 8% production-based incentive compensation paid quarterly, with unlimited earning potential.
- Two weeks of paid time off (PTO) included.
