Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at The Bungalows At Riverchase. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including full-line menu items and therapeutic diets
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and handling procedures
- Monitor and record food temperatures, inventory, and production quantities
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to ensure seamless food service operations
- Rotate menus and production sheets to ensure variety and quality
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
- One year of job-related experience in food preparation and service
- Current SERV Safe certificate or ability to obtain within six months
