Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train fence installation teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan, implement, and manage tasks in accordance with priorities and goals, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor team attendance and work, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain productivity and morale.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect job progress, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Lead teams to prepare areas for fencing, using hand and power tools as required, and ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available.
  • Inspect completed jobs, complete operational paperwork, and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that company vehicles and equipment are maintained in good working order and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
  • Act as a role model for team members, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in supervising and training teams.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Current driver's license and good driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of general tools and equipment, including drills, power washers, post drivers, and banding equipment.
  • Ability to physically handle heavy fence panels (approx. 50-80 lbs.).
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Experience operating a forklift and one-ton truck preferred but not mandatory.
