Behavioral Health Services Coordinator

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Coordinator to join our team at Corrections Center of NW Ohio in Stryker Facility. As a Behavioral Health Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and monitoring of a Behavioral Health delivery system meeting NCCHC/ACA standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the point of contact for administrative staff for discussion of treatment programs and problem resolution as needed.
- Coordinate the development and revision of policies and procedures for the identification, assessment, and provision of required clinical services for inmates.
- Supervise the planning, development, and implementation of treatment programs contracted to VitalCore.
- Provide clinical and/or administrative supervision to staff of Behavioral Health Services.
- Monitor efforts of Behavioral Health Services to ensure clinical services are being provided in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide and assign clinical on-call duties.
- Ensure treatment programs contracted are integrated and appropriately staffed.
- Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff.
- Coordinate the facility's Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Program.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
- Doctorate or master's degree in psychology or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Fully licensed (or license eligible with application pending) to practice psychology or social work in South Carolina.
- Satisfactory background investigation report.
