Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
