Transportation Logistics Specialist

At KBR, we are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Transportation department, you will play a critical role in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement logistics plans that optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and shipping companies to manage logistics operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on transportation strategies and outcomes.
- Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
- Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in transportation logistics or analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
- Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
