Job Summary:

As a Cardiovascular Technologist at Steward Health Care, you will assist cardiologists with diagnostic and interventional procedures, utilizing sterile technique and monitoring physiological parameters. You will provide 24-hour coverage for emergency procedures, demonstrating a working knowledge of all equipment used during procedures and documenting patient data accordingly. You will also provide excellent patient care and service to physicians in a timely manner.

Scope of Care:
Cardiology Services provides non-invasive diagnostic testing and invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures to diagnose and treat patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease, unstable angina, valvular disease, dysrhythmia, congestive heart failure, ST/non ST elevation MI, and peripheral vascular disease.

Position Requirements:

Current corresponding state license:
Registered Radiologist- RCIS or CST - BLS, ACLS are required. You must have extensive experience in diagnostic interventional, cardiac, and vascular procedures in the Cath Lab. Ability to work effectively with computer-based charting and other clinical software programs.
