**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute a weekly housekeeping schedule to maintain a clean and organized facility
  • Keep common areas, facilities, and resident rooms clean and well-maintained
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust and polish furniture as needed to maintain a clean and polished appearance
  • Clean and stock restrooms to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Collect and dispose of trash to maintain a clean and organized facility
  • Turn rooms after resident departure, including changing linens to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
  • Wipe down equipment, appliances, and hard surfaces to maintain a clean and sanitized environment
  • Clean windows as needed to ensure a clean and clear view
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a clean and organized facility
  • Notify management of necessary maintenance repairs to ensure a safe and healthy environment

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year housekeeping experience
  • Valid, non-restricted driver's license
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to listen well and take direction
  • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maintain professional appearance and interact positively with residents
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to make decisions using sound judgment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Adept at quickly learning new systems

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Standing, squatting, bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
  • Driving in all weather conditions
