About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a RN on our Medical-Surgical Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
