As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN), you will provide essential care in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring they receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized in-home nursing care in accordance with the prescribed care plan.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs and overall health status.
- Administer medications, including insulin and IV fluids, while maintaining accurate records.
- Provide wound care and assist with personal hygiene tasks.
- Evaluate patients for any additional health concerns and implement appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) is required.

- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification is mandatory.
- Reliable transportation for travel to care locations is essential.
- Experience with tracheostomy and/or ventilator care is preferred but not mandatory.
